Greg & Debby Dillard own and operate Earthlight Equine, LLC on their property located in the beautiful Ruby Valley in Laurin, MT. They share a passion of creating an organized and efficient space where they can live comfortably with their horses, dog, and cats. They are an extraordinary team where magic happens between dreams and fruition. At Earthlight Equine, LLC , they welcome others to a place for personal growth and transformation.



Greg
Barn/Facilities Manager
Retiring from a long career as an Electrical Contractor, Greg came into horses late in life when he realized that in order to spend time with Debby, he was going to need to get a horse. It wasn’t long before horses made their way into his heart. He continues to be the project manager and all-around handyman and meticulously maintains the facilities and property. Greg is facility/barn manager extraordinaire and plays a crucial part in supporting and working alongside Debby in her coaching practice.

Debby
Equine Facilitated Learning Coach
A native of Washington State, Debby is a graduate of The Academy of Coaching With Horses, a certified Life Coach, a graduate of The Academy of Spiritual Formation, a Yoga instructor and completed the Foundations of Natural Lifemanship course.
Debby believes that personal growth is a lifelong process and that we each hold the answers to the questions life hands us. Drawing on her vast knowledge of the mind/body connection combined with the offering of the horses wisdom, she guides individuals in peeling back layers in order to reconnect with their own hidden power and authenticity. ​


Debby has a decade of coaching experience, is a long time horsewoman, and is passionate about helping others become more empowered as she and her horses facilitate a space for growth and healing. She has always been drawn towards the wisdom of the horse and the value of the horse-human connection. Debby’s integrity, kindness, and compassion round out her ability to create a safe and sacred space for humans to experience personal development and life skills by bridging mind/body awareness with facilitated horse-human interactions.
When Debby isn’t coaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, having daughter-time, delighting in her grandson, hiking, reading, and hang out with her beloved Golden Retriever, Millie. Her co-facilitators include her four Icelandic horses.


Paige Henry
Equine Specialist
Paige is a passionate horsewoman with a deep love for nature and exploration. She has experience working with horses on bison and cattle ranches in southwest Montana, as well as in a horse breeding and training operation. She has spent time attending horsemanship clinics to enhance her horsemanship skills and has developed a strong understanding of the human-animal bond through these experiences.
In 2024 she became a Natural Lifemanship Certified Equine Specialist. Paige strives to create a common ground for humans, encouraging personal growth and shared experiences through equine-assisted activities.

Cody Marxer
Equine Facilitated Learning Coach
Cody has a true love and dedication for learning, which has afforded her a varied and exciting life path. Cody spent the first part of her adult life as a Physiologist, leading academic research teams, teaching collegiate pre-med science courses, and building and managing wellness programs for large fitness facilities. In 2011, she opted to leave academia and pursue her passion for working with horses. She devoted herself to honing her horsemanship skills in multiple disciplines, studying under professional trainers, competing in ranch versatility and extreme mountain trail, training horses, and wrangling for guest ranches. Cody also operated a successful equine rehabilitation/therapy business, after completing licensing and certification in equine massage. She completed her Equine Facilitated Learning Coaching training with The Academy for Coaching with Horses and has participated in equine facilitated learning work since 2009. Cody now lives her purpose as a wife, mom, and as the Planning Director for Madison County. And she continues to be her happiest on a horse, taking a solo ride through the hills on her best mare.
